Day 6-7 have been great!! no side effects what so ever!! Been feeling great, happy, no headaches or anything :)

Still taking my Iron 200mg, B-12 1,000mg, O-mega 3,6,9 500mg, and a Multi-vitamin!

Sorry it's such a short update but there's nothing else to tell you guys, been feeling awesome!
