Healthy French toast!

I used brown bread. I put egg whites and 
bit of vanilla protein powder in a bowl. Then I dipped the bread in on both sides. I then put it in the frying pan which I coated with coconut oil so it wouldn't stick to the pan, I cooked on medium for about a min on each side. I then top with stevia, cinnamon, and some pure maple syrup. Regular maple syrup is pricey but a lot better for you than the non pure ones.
