This non-ice cream, ice cream is so good!! I simply put 2 frozen bananas in the blender! Then I topped with coconut flakes! You can add anything you want though :) other fruit, chocolate chips, what ever you have on hand! When you add other fruits to it, the banana tastes disappears incase you don't like bananas. The bananas just act as a creamy base".
